Fran St. Pierre, CNO

Fran St. PierreFran St. Pierre, MSHI, BSN, RN has been the chief nursing officer (CNO) since the hospital opened in 2019. Her responsibilities include delivering exceptional care for each patient, managing the nursing staff and implementing of quality care standards.

Fran has held CNO and charge nurse posts for the past 12 years in acute care, emergency department and skilled nursing facility settings. Prior to her current role, Fran was the CNO at Hood Memorial Hospital for four years and before that served as a charge nurse at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center for two years.

Fran holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University, master's degree in health informatics from Grand Canyon University, and an associate’s degree in science from Delgado.
