Recovery Begins Here

Studies1 show that an early start on rehabilitation can lead to greater improvements. Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital admits medically stable patients as soon as they are ready to participate in our comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

Let’s get started

What you need to know

Everyone at Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital – from the clinical liaisons who may meet with you at the acute care hospital, to the admission teams that help you get settled and the rehabilitation specialists who manage your care and treatment – is focused on providing you with an exceptional rehabilitation experience.

In order to begin treatment, we’ll share information with you and ask you to sign a few forms. Patients are encouraged to have a family member and/or legal guardian present to help expedite this process. Please be sure to bring copies of your insurance cards, so we can confirm coverage and information. We also ask that you provide copies of your Advance Directive (living will) and Power of Attorney, if applicable.

Let Us Help

We will work closely with you, and your family, physician and/or the referring hospital to ensure a smooth transition to Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital for your recovery.
