Select Medical CareLink is a secure web portal providing authorized physician coders and billers with 24-hour, view-only access to electronic medical records at Select Medical’s Critical Illness Recovery and Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospitals. Coders and billers should print, complete and return this form to the health information management staff at our hospital. Additional instructions will be provided by staff indicated on your request form.
