Chief Nursing Officer

Lena Riordan, CRRN, BSN, RN

Lena Riordan has been the chief nursing officer (CNO) since September 2022. She ensures the delivery of exceptional compassionate care to patients and families by managing the nursing staff and working with the entire interdisciplinary team on patients’ care plans.

Lena has been a registered nurse for 19 years, many of those years in supervisory positions. Prior to Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital, she worked for Slidell Memorial Hospital as charge nurse, house supervisor and operations coordinator.

Lena holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Capella University and an associate’s degree in nursing from Pearl River Community College.
